ETF Metric Names

Returns all registered ETF metric names with their unit and description.

The list is derived from the canonical ETF_METRIC_REGISTRY and is always consistent with what the write pipeline will accept — any name returned here is a valid value for the metricName field in /v2/etfs/metrics.

No ETF identifier is required.
