Dividend Calendar

Announced dividend events between from and to, soonest first.

Defaults to upcoming events: with no from, the window starts today
(UTC). Pass an explicit from in the past to include events that have
already gone ex. Both dates are inclusive, so from equal to to
returns that single day. Every page, including the cursor pages that
follow page 1, is sorted by date ascending, then symbol.

Scope the feed to one instrument with symbol or isin instead of
paging the whole market. An identifier that does not resolve returns 404;
it never falls back to the whole market. Each row carries the resolved
isin, and currency is null when the instrument's currency is unknown.
